Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

This site is operated by AMS Authority Press. By using it you accept these terms.

What this site is

A publication about the Authority Management System: a framework, a glossary, a series of books and a newsletter. Everything published here is general information about how digital authority works.

It is not advice

Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or business advice for your specific situation. The framework describes patterns, not guarantees. Decisions you make about your own website, domain or business are yours, and outcomes depend on circumstances we know nothing about.

Content and copyright

The text, structure, terminology and images on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole articles, sell them, or use them to train a model without written permission. The names and concepts of the framework may be used to discuss it, not to present it as your own work.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to books on Amazon and to third party tools. We are not responsible for what happens on sites we do not operate. Where a link earns a commission, it is marked.

Availability

The site is published as it is, without any warranty that it will be available, complete or free of errors. We may change, move or remove any page at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or from acting on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If any part of them is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
